I have enjoyed countless of rounds of chemin de fer. I started sneaking into the casinos when I was 16. I have bet on online 21, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a short time. With all that said I have still spent an abundance of bankroll at vingt-et-un. The gambling halls have made it very hard to defeat the casino.
I still enjoy the game and bet on a regular basis. Over this time period I have played a variation of blackjack called "The Take it Leave it Method". You certainly won’t get loaded with this tactic or beat the house, still you will experience a lot of fun. This tactic is based on the fact that chemin de fer seems to be a game of streaks. When you’re hot your on fire, and when you’re not you’re NOT!
I gamble with basic strategy blackjack. When I do not win I wager the table minimum on the successive hand. If I lose again I wager the lowest amount allowed on the subsequent hand again etc. As soon as I profit I take the payout paid to me and I wager the initial bet again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I succeed again I take the payout paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original bet. I continue betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I do not win I lower the wager back down to the original amount.
I am very disciplined and do not "chicken out". It gets very enjoyable at times. If you succeed at a few hands in sequence your bets go up very quick. Before you realize it you are wagering $100-200per hand. I have had fantastic runs a number of times now. I departed a $5 table at the Luxor a couple of years back with $750 after 20 minutes using this technique! And a number of days ago in Atlantic City I left a table with $1200!
You need to comprehend that you can give away much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be surprised at the streaks you see wagering this way. Below is a chart of what you would wager if you kept winning at a $5 game.
Bet five dollar
Take 5 dollar paid to you, leave the first $5 wager
Wager five dollar
Leave five dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of $10
Wager 10 dollar
Take ten dollar paid-out to you, leave the first 10 dollar wager
Wager ten dollar
Leave 10 dollar paid to you for a total bet of $20
Wager 20 dollar
Take 20 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial 20 dollar wager
Wager twenty dollar
Leave 20 dollar paid to you for a total bet of $40
Bet 40 dollar
Take forty dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial 40 dollar wager
Wager forty dollar
Leave forty dollar paid to you for a total bet of 80 dollar
Wager 80 dollar
Take $80 paid to you, leave the original eighty dollar wager
Bet 80 dollar
Leave eighty dollar paid to you for a total wager of one hundred and sixty dollar
Wager one hundred and sixty dollar
Take $160 paid-out to you, leave the original $160 bet
If you left at this instance you would be up 3 hundred and 15 dollars !!
It is iffy to go on a run this long, but it does happen. And when it does you can NOT alter and drop your bet or the end result won’t be the same.
