I have enjoyed millions of rounds of vingt-et-un. I started sneaking into the gambling dens when I was still underage. I have bet on online 21, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a short while. Given all that I have still spent a lot of money at twenty-one. The gambling dens have made it very hard to beat the casino.
I still enjoy the game and gamble on a frequent basis. Over the years I have wagered on a type of chemin de fer called "The Take it Leave it Method". You most certainly will not get loaded with this tactic or beat the casino, however you will experience a lot of fun. This tactic is built on the idea that blackjack appears to be a game of streaks. When you are on fire your on fire, and when you’re not you are NOT!
I bet with basic strategy twenty-one. When I do not win I bet the table minimum on the subsequent hand. If I don’t win again I wager the lowest amount allowed on the subsequent hand again etc. As soon as I profit I take the payout paid to me and I wager the initial bet again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I succeed again I take the payout paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original wager. I keep wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don’t win I lower the action back down to the original sum.
I am very strict and never "chicken out". It gets extremely thrilling on occasion. If you succeed at a few hands in a row your bets go up very quickly. Before you realize it you are gambling $100-200/ hand. I have had great streaks a number of times now. I left a $5 table at the Venetian a number of years ago with $750 after 20 mins using this tactic! And a number of weeks ago in Atlantic City I left a table with $1200!
You need to understand that you can relinquish a great deal faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be aghast at the runs you see wagering this way. Below is a guide of what you would bet if you kept winning at a five dollar table.
Wager five dollar
Take five dollar paid-out to you, leave the first $5 bet
Bet 5 dollar
Leave $5 paid-out to you for a total bet of $10
Wager 10 dollar
Take ten dollar paid-out to you, leave the first ten dollar wager
Bet ten dollar
Leave ten dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of 20 dollar
Wager $20
Take twenty dollar paid to you, leave the first $20 bet
Bet $20
Leave 20 dollar paid to you for a total bet of $40
Wager 40 dollar
Take $40 paid to you, leave the first forty dollar wager
Bet forty dollar
Leave 40 dollar paid to you for a total bet of 80 dollar
Bet 80 dollar
Take $80 paid to you, leave the original $80 wager
Bet $80
Leave eighty dollar paid to you for a total wager of $160
Wager 160 dollar
Take $160 paid-out to you, leave the original one hundred and sixty dollar bet
If you left at this moment you would be up 315 dollar !!
It is iffy to go on a streak this long, but it can happen. And when it does you can’t alter and lower your wager or the final result will not be the same.
